APEX was founded in 2020 by Coach Marcus Cole — a former collegiate athlete and NASM-certified trainer who got tired of watching big-box gyms sell memberships nobody uses. We built a different kind of facility: capped classes, real programming, coaches who know your name and your numbers. Six years later we're 240 members strong, still capped, still personal, still the hardest hour of your day.
